If you are not satisfied with our products for any reason, please contact us at email@example.com indicating the reason you are dissatisfied within ten (10) days of the date you received the product. Upon review, depending upon the circumstances, we will either replace the product or provide you with a full or partial credit or refund for the purchase of that item. Full refunds will be only be provided for returned unopened products.
We may require additional information or photographic evidence supporting the reason for your return prior to processing your request. If you fail to provide any requested additional information or photographs in a timely manner your request will be closed without further resolution.
