How many capsules should I take? 

Your dosage is specific to you and is based on two main factors: metabolism and tolerance. Start with one, and you can add more if they don’t have the desired effect. We do not recommend that you take more than 4 of any given balancer at a time.

The suggested dosage is 1 to 2 capsules for Energy, Calm, and Focus, and 1 dissolve tab for Sleep. However, SYNERGIC products are designed to be used on an individual basis; therefore, each person should assess their unique needs and desired outcomes, and utilize different dosing quantities and combinations.
